These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PuzzleSuite mobile application and this website (together, the "Service"). By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service. If you are a minor in your jurisdiction, you may only use the Service with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
2. License to Use
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the PuzzleSuite app for your own non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and the App Store terms that apply to your device. You may not:
- copy, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the Service;
- resell, rent, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service;
- use the Service in any way that is unlawful or infringes others' rights; or
- interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.
3. The Games
PuzzleSuite provides a collection of puzzle, word, brain, and action games for entertainment. We may add, change, or remove games and features at any time. Some content may be updated, rotated, or retired as the app evolves.
4. Purchases and Advertising
The app may offer optional in-app purchases and may display advertising. All purchases are processed by the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms. Except as required by law or Apple's policies, purchases are non-refundable.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, text, graphics, and the PuzzleSuite name and logo, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.
6. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what limited information we collect and how we handle it.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting the app.
